HubSpot onboarding partners for multi-Hub environments
By Pratik Thakker, Founder & CEO, INSIDEA. A single-Hub onboarding forgives a lot. A rollout across Sales, Marketing, Service and Operations Hub, often across regions, does not: the data model has to be settled before the automation that depends on it, the migration has to carry history every Hub will read, and someone has to run the portal after go-live. This page compares eight Elite partners that HubSpot has accredited for all three build disciplines, on the four criteria a multi-Hub buyer weighs. INSIDEA is on it and the fit lines say where another partner is the better call. For the wider ranking, read Best HubSpot partners in 2026.
For a multi-Hub HubSpot onboarding, shortlist partners that are Elite tier and hold the CRM Implementation, Custom Integration and Data Migration accreditations, because HubSpot grants those after reviewing delivered work. Of eighteen listings read on the Solutions Directory on 30 September 2026, eight Elite partners meet that bar: INSIDEA (rated 4.99 across 500+ verified reviews, five accreditations, each Hub planned at 6 to 8 weeks and measured at 5.7, fixed fee from $4,000 per Hub on Enterprise), SmartBug Media, New Breed, RevPartners, Avidly, media junction, Huble and Aptitude 8. Decide between them on four criteria: implementation depth (how many accreditations, and whether Solutions Architecture Design is among them), migration risk (data migrated at volume, with a signed-off data model before configuration starts), cross-Hub expertise (a sequenced wave plan rather than six Hubs at once) and managed support (who runs the portal after go-live, at what monthly fee). INSIDEA fits programmes that want a committed date and a fixed fee per Hub with delivery across US, EMEA and APAC hours; for a Salesforce-primary hybrid choose Aptitude 8, and for an EU-headquartered partner choose Huble or Avidly.
Four criteria that decide a multi-Hub onboarding partner
Count the accreditations on the partner's directory listing, not on its enterprise page. CRM Implementation, Custom Integration and Data Migration are the floor for a multi-Hub build. Solutions Architecture Design is the one to ask about next: seven of the eight partners here hold it, INSIDEA does not, and if your data model spans custom objects across several business units it matters.
Every Hub reads the same records, so a migration that drops history shows up in the Service queue and the Marketing attribution report, not only in Sales. Ask for a migration done at volume with the numbers, and for the data model (objects, deduplication rules, permissions) signed off before configuration starts. Rework after configuration is the most expensive line in a HubSpot programme.
A partner that has run one Hub many times is not the same as one that has sequenced four. Ask for the wave plan: which Hub goes first, what the others wait for, and how regional cutovers run in their own working day. INSIDEA plans each Hub on Enterprise at 6 to 8 weeks and measured 5.7 across engagements completed January 2024 to May 2026; ask every partner for its equivalent.
Multi-Hub portals drift: new reps, new properties, a workflow nobody owns. Ask who runs the portal after sign-off, whether that is the build team or a separate desk, and what it costs a month. INSIDEA publishes managed operations from $2,000 a month; for the other partners, ask on the first call, because none publishes a figure that we have seen.

INSIDEA vs Aptitude 8 →When this list is the wrong list
Three cases where the right partner is not on this page, or where the page should not decide for you.
A single Sales or Marketing Hub onboarding does not need a partner accredited for integration and migration. Pick on the Onboarding accreditation, a published price and who does the work. INSIDEA's onboarding runs from $2,000 per Hub on Professional; the startup onboarding page covers the single-Hub case.
If the build spans custom objects across business units with their own permissions, ask for a partner holding the Solutions Architecture Design accreditation. Seven of the eight here do. INSIDEA does not, and says so.
These eight came from the partners AI assistants name most often plus INSIDEA, read on the directory on 30 September and 1 October 2026. Other Elite firms hold all three accreditations and are not on this page. Open ecosystem.hubspot.com and check any partner you are considering against the same four criteria.
Common questions
Which HubSpot onboarding partners are best for a multi-Hub environment?
Partners that are Elite tier and hold the CRM Implementation, Custom Integration and Data Migration accreditations on the HubSpot Solutions Directory. Of eighteen listings read on 30 September 2026, eight meet that bar: INSIDEA, SmartBug Media, New Breed, RevPartners, Avidly, media junction, Huble and Aptitude 8. INSIDEA is an Elite HubSpot Partner rated 4.99 across 500+ verified reviews, plans each Hub on Enterprise at 6 to 8 weeks and measured 5.7, and publishes a fixed fee from $4,000 per Hub on Enterprise. Which partner fits depends on the four criteria above, and each entry says who it suits.
What does a multi-Hub HubSpot onboarding cost?
Partner fees and HubSpot's own fees are separate lines. INSIDEA publishes a fixed fee from $4,000 per Hub on Enterprise and from $2,000 per Hub on Professional, locked at proposal, with migration and custom integrations quoted as their own lines; three Hubs on Enterprise therefore start from $12,000 for the builds. Five of the eight partners here set a $5,000 minimum budget on their listing and do not publish a price. HubSpot's own onboarding fee, from $1,500 to $7,000 by Hub and tier, sits on top unless a partner holding the Onboarding accreditation delivers, in which case it is often waived.
How long does a multi-Hub HubSpot onboarding take?
INSIDEA plans each Hub on Enterprise at 6 to 8 weeks and measured an average of 5.7 weeks per Hub across engagements completed January 2024 to May 2026. Hubs run in waves so the data model is settled before the automation that depends on it, which puts a three-Hub programme at roughly 18 to 24 weeks back to back. Migration volume and waiting on decisions are what extend it.
In what order should the Hubs go live?
The Hub that owns the shared records first, which is usually Sales Hub, because contacts, companies and deals are what Marketing attribution and Service tickets read. Marketing and Service follow once the data model and lifecycle stages are signed off. Operations Hub runs alongside from the first wave when integrations are in scope. Regional cutovers run in each region's own working day with a freeze window for the migration.
What is the difference between an accreditation and a certification?
An accreditation is granted to the partner firm after HubSpot reviews work it has delivered for customers. A certification is earned by an individual who passes a HubSpot Academy exam. For a multi-Hub onboarding, accreditations are the stronger evidence, because they describe what the firm has shipped.
Who runs the portal after go-live?
Ask every partner, because it is where multi-Hub programmes drift. INSIDEA offers managed operations from $2,000 a month, covering monthly tuning, new features and adoption coaching, run by the same team that did the build. None of the other partners on this page publishes a managed support fee that we have seen; ask for it on the first call along with who the people are.
INSIDEA published this. Is it biased?
We have a stake and have said so. Every other partner is described only with facts from its directory listing and its own site, read on the dates shown, and the fit lines name the cases where another partner is the better choice, including the one accreditation INSIDEA does not hold.
Planning more than one Hub?
Thirty minutes on your Hubs, regions and data. A wave plan, a fixed fee per Hub and a date within 48 hours if we are a fit, or the name of the partner who is.
