Common questions
Why retainers instead of project work?
Growth marketing compounds. The first 60 days are setup and learning; the next 90+ days are where the real lift happens. Project-based growth work usually ends right when it's about to start working.
What's the difference between retainer and fractional CMO?
Retainer is execution-focused: we run the channels, you run the strategy. Fractional CMO is leadership-focused: we set strategy, hire the team, manage the agencies, brief the board.
Do you cover ad spend?
No. Ad spend is separate and goes directly to the platform on your account. We help you size, allocate, and optimize spend.
Industry fit?
Strongest in B2B SaaS, B2B services, DTC ecommerce. We have less coverage in heavy-regulation B2C (alcohol, gambling, supplements). Ask on the strategy call.
Can we start with a sprint and convert to retainer?
Yes. About a third of our retainers start that way. The sprint is the trial run for both sides.
