Common questions
What's the difference between a diagnostic and a project?
Diagnostic finds the problem. Project fixes it. Most teams come for a diagnostic, learn what's broken, then come back for a project to fix it. Some skip the diagnostic if they already know.
When should we hire embedded RevOps vs a full-time hire?
Embedded works when you need senior RevOps judgment but the workload is part-time, or when you're between full-time hires. If you have continuous full-time work, hire someone. We'll help you scope the role and even interview.
Why a 3-month minimum on embedded RevOps?
Because the first 4-6 weeks are pattern recognition. We don't want to leave before the work compounds. After 3 months, it's month-to-month with 30-day notice.
Do you do RevOps for non-HubSpot stacks?
Yes. Most engagements are HubSpot or Salesforce-centric, but we handle the broader stack: Apollo, Clay, Klaviyo, Stripe, custom data warehouses.
What if scope changes mid-project?
We re-price openly, agree on the change, sign off, then run it. Same model as our other service lines.
