Two-week sprint cadence

Every engagement runs in two-week sprints with demo, validation call, and async updates between. You always know what's shipping next, what shipped last sprint, and what blocked.

Fixed-fee pricing

We scope, you sign off, we ship. No hourly meters, no scope creep surprises, no padded estimates. If scope changes, we re-scope together; the price changes only with your approval.

Embedded in your tools

We work in your Slack, your project tracker, your CRM. You don't manage two teams or two systems. Our team becomes a Slack channel, not a vendor portal.

Documented handoff

Every engagement ends with documentation, runbooks, and 30 days of post-launch support so your team can run what we built. Knowledge transfer is part of the deliverable, not a nice-to-have.

Continuous optimization

Once we've built it, we can keep optimizing it. Retainers exist precisely for this. Most clients move from project to retainer because it's faster than rebuilding the relationship every six months.

    30 minutes. We learn your business, current stack, the metric that needs to move. You learn how we'd approach it. You leave with a written one-pager whether or not we engage.

    Scope and proposal

    We send a fixed-fee proposal with deliverables, sprint plan, team, and timeline. Most clients sign within 5 business days.

  3. Week 2
    03

    Kickoff and audit

    Senior lead and specialists onboard. We audit your current state, share findings, align on the sprint 1 plan. You get full Slack access to the team.

  4. Sprint 1+
    04

    Build and ship

    Two-week sprints with demo Friday, validation call Monday. We push code, copy, configs, agents, whatever the engagement is, into your live environment continuously.

  5. Final week

    Handoff

    Documentation, runbooks, knowledge transfer session, 30-day post-launch support. Your team can run what we built without us.

    Retainer or graduation

Real numbers, no surprises.

Most projects run between $25K and $250K, depending on scope. Retainers start at $5K monthly and scale with team size. Embedded engagements are quoted per expert. We share specifics on the first call once we understand the scope; you'll never get a vague "starts at" number from us.

FAQ

The questions we hear most.

What's the minimum engagement size?

The smallest projects we take on are around $15-20K to make economic sense for a senior team. For smaller scopes, we recommend other partners and stay in touch as you scale.

How does pricing work?

Project work is fixed-fee against a defined scope. Retainers are fixed monthly. Embedded engagements are weekly or daily rate. Outcome-based is engagement-specific. The strategy call gives you a real number for your scope.

Who's on my account?

A senior project lead, plus the specialists relevant to your scope (HubSpot architect, RevOps engineer, paid media specialist, AI engineer, etc). One named account lead end-to-end. No account managers or middlemen between you and the work.

How long does an engagement take?

Most projects run 6 to 12 weeks for the build phase, then transition to optional ongoing operations. AI agent ships can go in 4 weeks. HubSpot Enterprise rebuilds can run 16 weeks. Strategy call gets you a real estimate based on your specifics.

Can you start this week?

Sometimes. We protect a small amount of capacity for fast-start engagements. Strategy call is typically within 48 hours of inbound. Kickoff can be within 5 business days of contract signature.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, before any scoping conversation. Standard mutual NDA, signed digitally, takes about 15 minutes.

What happens if we're not happy mid-engagement?

We address it immediately. Every engagement has a project lead and an exec sponsor on our side; either is reachable any time. Retainers cancel with 30 days notice. Project engagements include a kill clause we explain at contract signing.
