Is Ancil generally available?
Not yet. Ancil is in private beta with a small group of HubSpot customers. The next cohort opens later this year. Request access if you want a slot.
How is Ancil priced?
Per-seat pricing scaled to HubSpot tier. Beta customers get founding pricing. Final pricing locks at GA.
Does Ancil work with Salesforce?
Salesforce support is on the roadmap, post-GA. The first release is HubSpot-only because that's where most of our customers run.
Where does the data go?
Ancil queries your HubSpot instance via the standard API and processes outputs against an LLM stack (OpenAI / Anthropic). Outputs are not used to train shared models. Data stays in your tenant. SOC 2 Type II in progress.
