What's the difference between Professional and Enterprise onboarding?

Professional is for teams putting the Hub into production for the first time. Enterprise adds custom objects, advanced workflows, multi-team or multi-currency setup, and the features that only exist on HubSpot's Enterprise license tier.

Is the HubSpot license included in this price?

No. INSIDEA does not mark up HubSpot licenses. You purchase your license direct from HubSpot at the standard partner-discount rates we help you negotiate. Our pricing covers only the implementation work.

Can I bundle multiple Hubs (Marketing + Sales + Service)?

Yes. Multi-Hub onboarding is priced as a custom engagement. Most teams that bundle two or three Hubs see a 10 to 15 percent savings over standalone pricing. Talk to us during the discovery call.

How long does onboarding take?

Standard timeline is 4 to 6 weeks per Hub from kick-off to sign-off. Enterprise builds with custom objects or migrations may run 8 to 10 weeks. We'll lock the timeline in the proposal.

What if I need additional training sessions?

One training session is included in every onboarding package. Additional sessions are $250 per session, scheduled as needed.

What about data migration from another CRM?

Standard data import (one CSV up to defined record counts) is included. Full CRM migrations from Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Monday, or others are scoped separately. See our migration pricing for those engagements.

Do you offer free HubSpot onboarding?

Yes, in certain cases. If you are buying HubSpot Professional or Enterprise through us as your registered Elite Partner, we may waive the onboarding fee depending on annual contract value. Book a strategy call to find out.

What happens after onboarding?

Your onboarding includes 30 days of post-launch support. For ongoing HubSpot administration, automation maintenance, and weekly performance review, we offer managed operations starting at $2,000 per month. See /hubspot/managed-operations.
