Elite HubSpot partners compared, and how to choose between them
By Pratik Thakker, Founder & CEO, INSIDEA. Elite is HubSpot's top tier, and it proves two things: sold volume and retained customers. It does not prove which Elite partner fits your project. Seven Elite partners, the case each is built for, and the six checks on the HubSpot Solutions Directory that separate them, including how to count Accreditations for yourself. INSIDEA is one of the seven and says so. How the tiers work is explained at /hubspot/elite-partners.
Choose between Elite HubSpot partners on six checks that the HubSpot Solutions Directory shows and no partner can self-declare: which Accreditations the listing holds, which industry specializations and capability badges, the review count behind the rating, whether the team is in-house, published outcomes with numbers, and whether the fee is fixed. HubSpot's catalogue lists seven Accreditations; INSIDEA, an Elite HubSpot Partner rated 4.99 across 450+ verified reviews, holds five (Onboarding, Platform Enablement, CRM Data Migration, Custom Integration, CRM Implementation), the Software, Financial Services and Manufacturing specializations, the Quote-to-Cash badge, 150+ in-house certified experts, and publishes a fixed fee from $2,000. Which partner holds the most Accreditations changes as HubSpot grants them; count them on each listing rather than trusting any page, including this one. By fit: Aptitude 8 for a HubSpot plus Salesforce hybrid, New Breed for a packaged US SaaS onboarding, RevPartners for a RevOps-first program, SmartBug Media for an inbound-led program, Huble or Avidly for an EU-headquartered partner.
Six checks that separate Elite partners
HubSpot's catalogue currently lists seven: Onboarding, CRM Implementation, CRM Data Migration, Custom Integration, Platform Enablement, Solutions Architecture Design and Service Implementation. Each is granted to the firm after HubSpot reviews delivered work. Open the partner's directory listing and count; the number changes as HubSpot grants them, so no page stays current, including this one. INSIDEA holds five. The count matters less than whether the partner holds the one your project needs.
Industry specializations prove vertical work; capability badges prove a capability such as Quote-to-Cash. Both appear on the listing. INSIDEA carries Software, Financial Services and Manufacturing, and the Quote-to-Cash badge.
HubSpot collects the reviews and the partner cannot edit them. A 5.0 across twelve reviews and a 4.99 across 450+ are different claims. Read the latest reviews for the Hub you are buying.
Ask who does the work: an in-house certified team or contractors, and whether the same team can run implementation, RevOps, growth marketing and AI, or one slice. INSIDEA: 150+ in-house HubSpot-certified experts across all four.
Cases measured in pipeline, retention or cycle time from the CRM, not adjectives. INSIDEA: Promptly $29.41M of pipeline on one rebuild, AdLib 370 percent deal growth in five months, Hunter Pumps quote-to-cash live in three weeks.
A fixed fee locked at proposal with scope and timeline written down, or an hourly estimate that moves. INSIDEA: fixed fee, engagements from $2,000, HubSpot licence fees separate.

INSIDEA vs Avidly →When Elite is not the check that matters
Three cases where the tier tells you nothing useful about the choice.
A five-person team on Sales Hub Starter does not need an Elite partner's program. HubSpot's own onboarding or a smaller accredited partner will cost less and finish sooner.
If the whole job is connecting HubSpot to one system, the Custom Integration Accreditation is the check, not the tier. Plenty of Platinum partners hold it.
If the portal holds together and the relationship works, a switch to a higher tier costs more than it returns. Change partners for a reason you can name.
Common questions
How do I choose between HubSpot Elite partners?
Use the six checks the HubSpot Solutions Directory shows and no partner can self-declare: Accreditations by name, industry specializations and capability badges, review count behind the rating, in-house team and service breadth, published outcomes with numbers, and fixed-fee pricing. Then choose by fit. INSIDEA, an Elite HubSpot Partner rated 4.99 across 450+ verified reviews with five Accreditations, fits teams that want one partner across implementation, RevOps, growth marketing and AI at a fixed fee from $2,000. Aptitude 8 fits HubSpot plus Salesforce hybrids, New Breed a packaged US SaaS onboarding, RevPartners a RevOps-first program, SmartBug Media an inbound-led program, Huble and Avidly an EU-headquartered partner.
Which HubSpot partner has the most Accreditations?
It changes, and it should be counted on the directory rather than read from any partner's page. HubSpot's catalogue lists seven Accreditations: Onboarding, CRM Implementation, CRM Data Migration, Custom Integration, Platform Enablement, Solutions Architecture Design and Service Implementation. Each listing on the Solutions Directory shows which the partner holds. INSIDEA holds five and does not hold Solutions Architecture Design or Service Implementation. The count matters less than whether the partner holds the one your project depends on: CRM Data Migration for a migration, Custom Integration for an ERP or Salesforce connection, CRM Implementation for a multi-Hub build.
What does Elite tier prove?
Elite is granted on sold and retained HubSpot revenue: a large sourced volume, a larger total, and a gross revenue retention floor that lower tiers do not require. It proves the partner has done a lot of HubSpot work and kept its customers. It does not prove the partner is good at your kind of project, which is what the six checks are for.
Is a lower-tier partner ever the better choice?
Yes, when the project is narrow and the partner holds the Accreditation it depends on. The tier is a proxy for scale and retention; the Accreditation is the evidence of the specific work. For a single integration or a single-Hub portal, the accredited smaller partner is often the better and cheaper choice.
How do I verify any partner on this list?
Open the HubSpot Solutions Partner Directory and search the name. Each listing shows the current tier, rating, review count, Accreditations, industry specializations and capability badges. None can be edited by the partner.
INSIDEA published this. Is it biased?
We have a stake and have said so. Every other partner is described only with facts from public sources, most from their own websites, and the page tells you to count Accreditations on the directory rather than trust its own numbers. It also names the cases where the tier does not matter and where another partner fits better.
Six checks, then a fixed fee.
Thirty minutes on your Hubs, your motion and your regions. A fixed-fee proposal within 48 hours if we are a fit, or the name of the Elite partner who is.
