How much does a custom HubSpot integration cost?

How long does a custom integration take?

Typical builds run 4 to 12 weeks end to end, depending on the number of systems and the complexity of the data model. The audit in week one produces a real timeline, not an estimate.

Do I need a custom integration, or will the native connector do?

Most teams need the native connector, configured properly. Custom is for the cases native cannot cover: no connector exists, per-object mapping has stopped scaling, you need real-time latency, or your matching logic does not fit either system. The audit gives you a direct answer; configuring native well is a smaller engagement and we will tell you if that is the right call.

Middleware or direct API, which do you build?

Both, chosen per case. Direct API connections suit two systems with stable, simple flows. Middleware (Make, Workato, or a purpose-built service) earns its place when three or more systems exchange data or when business logic lives between them. The architecture phase makes this call explicit, with trade-offs documented.

Who maintains the integration after launch?

Your team can. Every build ships with monitoring, documentation, and a runbook written for the people who will operate it. If you would rather we keep running it, ongoing maintenance is available as a retainer, but the handoff is designed so it is a choice, not a dependency.

What access do you need, and how is it handled?

Sandbox-first, always. We build and test against sandbox or staging environments with scoped credentials, and production access is limited to the cutover window with your team present. Credentials are never stored in code.

Can you fix or take over an integration someone else built?

Yes. Rescue work starts the same way as new builds: an audit of what exists, what breaks, and why. Sometimes the fix is surgical; sometimes the honest answer is a rebuild on cleaner architecture. You get that read before committing to either.
