Twelve days, one pack, no phones.
INSIDEA designed this homepage for a teen backpacking and canoe trip program. Backtrail Teen Expeditions is a fictional brand, so the names, people and numbers on the page are invented.

A wilderness program that leads teens 14 to 17 on seven- and twelve-day backpacking and canoe trips: spruce black, topo tan, trail-marker orange and lichen green, a heavy slab display face and a day-by-day expedition card with a packing checklist.
The brief
Parents want to know how hard each day is, who is watching their teen and how they will hear from them with no phones. Show the route, the group size, the packing list and the nightly check-in in the first screen.
The direction
Rugged and dark, with a heavy slab face in tan and orange on spruce black. The hero is a trip card for one departure: trail miles, feet of climbing, group size, a miles-by-day chart with two rest days and a gear list that counts what is packed.
The detail
The ten moving days, from 2.5 to 6.2 miles, add to 48.0 trail miles and 11,150 feet of climbing, the packing groups of 5, 10, 4, 3 and 9 items make the 31-item list, and open spots across ten departures add to 43. Nothing about a day is fixed: leaders can shorten any day at a planned bail-out point.
