The challenge

Two systems that wouldn't talk.

Hunter Pumps' reliance on Unleashed for revenue tracking was working at small scale, but the cracks were showing. Important sales data, including deal amounts, quotes, and statuses, were siloed. Without a bridge between Unleashed and a real CRM, the sales team couldn't access or analyze pipeline information in one place. Historical data was scattered. Stitching together past, current, and future performance felt like sifting through a maze.
