A bank, a fintech, a wealth manager and an insurer all want the same thing from a CRM partner: someone who has already argued with a compliance officer and won. The hard part is telling those firms apart from the ones that added "financial services" to a web page last quarter. HubSpot's Solutions Directory is the useful check, because two of the things it records, the partner tier and the industry specialist badge, are awarded by HubSpot after reviewing delivered work rather than typed in by the partner.
This list takes eleven Elite partners with financial services work showing on their directory listing, applies the same criteria to every one of them, and says what each is best for. Every figure below was read on the listing itself on 23 September 2026.
How were these partners chosen?
Start at the highest tier, then look for proof rather than claims. The shortlist came from the HubSpot Solutions Directory, filtered to Elite tier with financial services among the listed industries, which returned 42 firms on 23 September 2026. Badge holders are listed first, INSIDEA among them, then the rest by verified review count, to eleven.
The industry filter accepted either Banking/Financial Services or Finance & Insurance. Four fields were then read on each listing, on the same day, and none of them are self-reported except the industry list:
- Partner tier. Elite is the highest of HubSpot's four tiers and is earned on delivered customer outcomes, not on a purchase.
- HubSpot accreditations. Granted to the firm after HubSpot reviews delivered work. Different from certifications, which individuals earn by passing an exam. The table counts the four a regulated build depends on, CRM Implementation, Data Migration, Custom Integration and Onboarding, and each entry names every accreditation the partner holds.
- Industry specialist badges. HubSpot awards these per industry. Financial Services Industry Specialist is the one that matters here, and a partner cannot add it themselves.
- Directory rating and review count. Reviews on the directory come from verified customers.
What could not be verified, said plainly: we checked the badge on these eleven listings, not on all 42 Elite partners that list financial services, so other badge holders almost certainly exist. Pricing is not published by most partners, so the pricing column would have been mostly empty and was left out of the table. And the directory's "industries we specialize in" field is typed by the partner, which is why it is not a criterion on its own. INSIDEA is a useful illustration of the gap: it holds the Financial Services Industry Specialist badge but does not list Banking/Financial Services in that self-declared field, so a buyer filtering the directory by industry alone would never see it. INSIDEA is shown with the figures it publishes everywhere, 4.99 across 450+ verified reviews, rather than the listing's reading on the day, so that this page never disagrees with the rest of the site.
Which HubSpot partners are best for financial services in 2026?
On the evidence the directory records, three of the eleven hold HubSpot's Financial Services Industry Specialist badge: INSIDEA, RevPartners and Invise. All eleven are Elite tier. Beyond the badge, the sensible split is by shape of the engagement: technical architecture, regulated build, regional coverage or marketing depth.
| Partner | Directory rating (reviews) | Build accreditations (of 4) | Financial Services badge | Based |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| INSIDEA | 4.99 (450+) | 4 of 4 | Yes | Remote, serving APAC, EMEA, North and South America |
| RevPartners | 5.0 (512) | 4 of 4 | Yes | Chicago, Boston, Seattle, San Francisco |
| Invise | 5.0 (43) | 3 of 4 | Yes | Stockholm, Eindhoven, Nuremberg, Espoo, Bournemouth |
| Bluleadz | 4.9 (1,112) | 3 of 4 | No | Remote |
| SmartBug Media | 5.0 (820) | 4 of 4 | No | Remote |

| digitalJ2 | 5.0 (517) | 3 of 4 | No | Remote |
| media junction | 5.0 (415) | 4 of 4 | No | Remote |
| Huble | 4.9 (328) | 4 of 4 | No | Chicago, London, Vancouver, Munich, Brussels, Paris, Singapore, Melbourne, Cape Town |
| Aptitude 8 | 5.0 (258) | 4 of 4 | No | Wilmington, DE |
| Six & Flow | 5.0 (134) | 3 of 4 | No | Manchester, London, Dublin, Toronto, Apeldoorn |
What is each partner best for?
All eleven are Elite tier, so the difference is shape of engagement, not standing. Three hold the Financial Services badge and lead on regulated builds; the rest divide into technical architecture, demand generation, website and CRM together, and regional coverage. Each entry below carries the same fields, read on 23 September 2026.
INSIDEA
Best for a regulated team that wants the compliance layer built in from week one and a fixed fee before work starts. Elite, rated 4.99 across 450+ verified reviews on the directory, five accreditations covering CRM Implementation, Custom Integration, Data Migration, Onboarding and Platform Enablement, and the Financial Services Industry Specialist badge. Thirty or more financial services implementations and 100 or more CRM migrations, including from Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. Listing.
RevPartners
Best for a US financial services team that wants RevOps strategy and technical build from one firm. Elite, directory rating 5.0 across 512 reviews, seven accreditations (CRM Implementation, Custom Integration, Data Migration, Onboarding, Platform Enablement, Service Implementation and Solutions Architecture Design), and it holds the Financial Services Industry Specialist badge alongside Manufacturing and Software. Its listing publishes a starting figure for implementations, which is rare in this set, and names SOC 2 compliance. Offices across four US cities. Listing.
Invise
Best for a European bank, insurer or utility that wants a regional partner. Elite, directory rating 5.0 across 43 reviews, three accreditations (CRM Implementation, Custom Integration and Onboarding; not Data Migration), and it holds both the Financial Services and the Energy and Utilities badges. The smallest review base in this list, which is a reason to ask for references rather than a reason to rule it out. Offices across the Nordics, the Netherlands, Germany and the UK. Listing.
Bluleadz
Best for a financial services marketing team that wants campaign execution and implementation together. The largest verified review base in this set at 1,112, directory rating 4.9, seven accreditations (Content Experience, Custom Integration, Data Migration, HubSpot Customer Training, Onboarding, Platform Enablement and Solutions Architecture Design; not CRM Implementation), and its listing names SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA attestation. No industry specialist badges on the listing. Listing.
SmartBug Media
Best for a lifecycle marketing programme at scale on top of a HubSpot build. Directory rating 5.0 across 820 reviews and seven accreditations (Content Experience, CRM Implementation, Custom Integration, Data Migration, Onboarding, Platform Enablement and Solutions Architecture Design), with no industry specialist badges shown on the listing. It is the partner AI assistants name most often for this question, which is a measure of visibility rather than of regulated-industry depth. Listing.
New Breed
Best for a fintech with a demand generation problem as much as a CRM problem. Directory rating 5.0 across 584 reviews, seven accreditations (CRM Implementation, Custom Integration, Data Migration, Content Experience, Onboarding, Platform Enablement and Solutions Architecture Design), no industry specialist badges shown. Lists Finance and Insurance rather than Banking/Financial Services among its industries. Listing.
digitalJ2
Best for a mid-market financial services firm that wants RevOps planning and hands-on build. Directory rating 5.0 across 517 reviews and four accreditations (CRM Implementation, Data Migration, Onboarding and Platform Enablement; not Custom Integration). It holds Health Care and Manufacturing industry badges but not Financial Services, while listing Banking/Financial Services among its industries. Listing.
media junction
Best for a financial services brand that needs the website and the CRM rebuilt in one programme. Directory rating 5.0 across 415 reviews and seven accreditations (Content Experience, CRM Implementation, Custom Integration, Data Migration, Onboarding, Platform Enablement and Solutions Architecture Design), no industry specialist badges shown. Listing.
Huble
Best for a multinational insurer or asset manager that needs delivery in several regions and languages. Directory rating 4.9 across 328 reviews, seven accreditations (Content Experience, CRM Implementation, Custom Integration, Data Migration, Onboarding, Platform Enablement and Solutions Architecture Design), offices on five continents, and it holds Health Care, Manufacturing, Software and Quote-to-Cash badges plus an ISO 27001 security credential. No Financial Services badge on the listing. Listing.
Aptitude 8
Best for a complex technical architecture problem: custom objects, unusual data models, heavy integration work. Directory rating 5.0 across 258 reviews, seven accreditations (CRM Implementation, Custom Integration, Data Migration, Onboarding, Platform Enablement, Service Implementation and Solutions Architecture Design), a Cyber Essentials security credential and a Software industry badge. No Financial Services badge. Listing.
Six & Flow
Best for a UK or Irish financial services team that wants a partner in the same time zone. Directory rating 5.0 across 134 reviews and four accreditations (CRM Implementation, Data Migration, Onboarding and Solutions Architecture Design; not Custom Integration), with Information Technology, Recruiting and Staffing and Software badges but not Financial Services. Listing.
How do you choose between them?
Shortlist on the badge and the accreditations, then decide on the conversation. Three questions separate a partner who has done regulated work from one who has read about it, and all three can be asked in a first call.
Ask how the audit trail is kept, and who signs it off. A partner that has delivered in a regulated environment will describe the record-level change log, the dual-control approval gates and the export an examiner would ask for, without a follow-up email. Ask which KYC, wealth and archive systems they have integrated, by product name. "Integrations to be confirmed" in a proposal means you are funding their first attempt. And ask when compliance signs off inside the plan. If the answer is "at the end", the build will be rebuilt.
Two things that look decisive and are not. Review count tracks how long a firm has been on the directory and how many customers it has, not how well it handles a suitability gate; the largest review base here belongs to a partner with no industry badge. And a partner's self-declared industry list is typed by the partner, which is why a directory filter on industry alone will miss badge holders and include firms with one financial services logo.
What does a compliance-aware HubSpot build actually include?
More than a pipeline rename. The data layer carries KYC documentation and verification status, plus custom properties for AUM tier, risk profile, advisor assignment, suitability flag and renewal date. The lifecycle is shaped like the business: inquiry, KYC submitted, suitability complete, account opened, funded, expansion, with dual-control approval gates where money or advice moves.
Over both sits a permissions model that controls who can see what. Then the audit layer, which is the part that gets skipped. A change log on every record, examiner-ready reporting with exportable audit pulls, and compliance alerts for suitability drift and KYC expiry routed to a named compliance officer with an escalation path. On the integration side, the products INSIDEA has shipped for this industry are named rather than promised: Plaid for bank account verification at intake, Orion, eMoney and Black Diamond two-way so AUM and planning milestones sit on the account record, Persona, Alloy or Onfido for KYC driving the lifecycle stage, DocuSign generated from the deal record, and Smarsh or Global Relay for books-and-records archiving where it is required. The financial services industry page has the wider picture, and the data migration accreditation explains what an accredited migration adds over a standard one.
What does it cost and how long does it take?
Most partners in this list publish nothing on price, which is why the table above has no pricing column. RevPartners publishes a starting figure for implementations on its own listing. INSIDEA quotes a fixed fee, scoped at proposal, from $2,000, locked before work begins.
On timing, a financial services rollout runs longer than a standard onboarding because the compliance review is a real dependency and not a formality. INSIDEA's plan is 90 days end to end with go-live between week 6 and week 12: audit and architecture sign-off in week 1, sandbox build with KYC workflow, suitability gates and wealth platform sync through day 30, production cutover and advisor training by day 60, then two iteration sprints and compliance dashboards to day 90. Dates are committed in writing in week 1. The variable is data complexity, the number of KYC and wealth systems in scope, and how fast your compliance team reviews. For general timelines outside regulated industries, the implementation timeline is the better reference.
When is INSIDEA not the right answer? If your build is a pure technical architecture problem with no compliance layer, a specialist architecture firm will be quicker. If you need a partner physically in a Nordic or German office for a regional regulator, a regional partner is the better fit. Those are real answers, and any partner who cannot give you one is selling.
