What's the difference between Professional and Enterprise?

Professional is for teams putting Zoho into production for the first time with a defined scope. Enterprise adds multi-team architecture, advanced automation, custom integrations, and the deeper configuration mid-market and enterprise teams need.

Is the Zoho license included in this price?

No. INSIDEA does not mark up platform licenses. You purchase Zoho direct at standard partner-discount rates we help you negotiate. Our pricing covers only the implementation work.

Can I bundle this with another platform?

Yes. Multi-platform engagements (e.g. Zoho + HubSpot or Zoho + Klaviyo) typically save 10 to 15 percent over standalone pricing. Talk to us during the discovery call.

How long does onboarding take?

Standard timeline is 4 to 6 weeks for Professional, 6 to 8 weeks for Enterprise. We lock the timeline in the proposal.

What if I need additional training sessions?

One training session is included. Additional sessions are $250 per session, scheduled as needed.

What about migration from another platform?

Standard data import (one CSV) is included. Full migrations from Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or Monday are scoped separately. We've shipped 50+ migrations across platforms.

What happens after onboarding?

Your engagement includes 30 days of post-launch support. For ongoing administration, automation maintenance, and weekly performance review, we offer managed operations starting at $4,500 per month.
