Sales Hub Foundation + Prospecting Agent, live in 21 business days.
A fixed-scope foundation on Sales Hub Professional, not full onboarding. We build only what the Prospecting Agent needs to perform, then set it up and launch it on top. Delivered by INSIDEA, an Elite HubSpot Partner rated 4.99 across 450+ verified reviews.
The foundation the agent needs, then the agent
A Prospecting Agent switched on over an empty portal drafts outreach nobody would send: no sending domain, no ICP to target, no owner for the replies. This pilot exists because net-new customers kept hitting exactly that. So the first 14 business days build the essential Sales Hub structure, and only then do we set up and launch the agent.
Built only for what the agent needs
A fixed-scope Sales Hub Professional foundation, not full onboarding. Every item in the package is there because the Prospecting Agent depends on it, and nothing else made the cut.
Foundation live day 14, agent live day 21
Two dates you can see working, counted in business days from the customer-readiness date rather than from signature. Each stage ends with something running.
One fee, one delivery process
One fixed fee for qualified net-new customers, with an optional training add-on. HubSpot subscriptions and credits stay with HubSpot, and anything outside the scope is quoted rather than slipped in.
Each piece exists because the agent depends on it
This is the whole scope test. If removing an item would not change what the Prospecting Agent produces, it is not in the package.

- Four additional specialized training sessions
- One hour per session, one session per week
- Delivered using your own HubSpot data
The one session in the core package covers the foundation and the agent in a single sitting. The add-on is for teams who want the same ground covered again, slowly, on their own records, one week at a time.
- Any setup, training or support outside the agreed scope
- HubSpot Management retainer, 20 or 30 hour blocks
- Step up to full Sales Hub Pro onboarding
A perfect fit if you are
- A net-new HubSpot customer on Sales Hub Professional, with the Prospecting Agent feature active
- A small sales team of up to 5 people who will review and send outreach
- One standard sales process: one pipeline, one selling profile, one routing rule
- A contact base you can hand over as one clean file of up to 2,000 records
- Able to describe your ICP and approve a first list of 50 contacts at kickoff
- Looking for a working foundation and a live agent in weeks, not a full onboarding programme
What needs to be true
- Sales Hub Professional subscription, with the Prospecting Agent feature active
- The required HubSpot access, including a named Super Admin
- One named decision-maker who can approve and sign off
- DNS access for the sending domain
- Clean data file, up to 2,000 records
- A defined ICP: industries, size, personas
- An approved initial contact list of 50 contacts
- All calls booked at kickoff
The clock starts at customer readiness, not at signature. Any delay in access, data, meetings, feedback or approvals pauses the timeline.
What continues, and what is optional
Day 22 is where most fixed-scope packages go quiet. This one has three clear layers, so nobody has to guess what is covered.
Included in the pilot fee
- Email support for anything we built that is not working as signed off
- Recorded training and the workflow guide, kept indefinitely
- No calls or new configuration after sign-off
Training add-on
- Four additional specialized training sessions
- One hour per session, one session per week
- Delivered using your own HubSpot data
Beyond the add-on
- Any setup, training or support outside the agreed scope
- HubSpot Management retainer, 20 or 30 hour blocks
- Step up to full Sales Hub Pro onboarding
What's not included
This is a foundation, not a trimmed copy of the onboarding roadmap. Everything here was cut because the agent does not depend on it, and each one is available as a priced add-on or as part of a full onboarding.
- Full onboarding
- Templates and snippets
- Automation workflows
- Enrichment and buyer intent
- Sales goals and forecasting
- Calling setup
- Target Accounts
- Playbooks
- Migration, cleanup or dedup
- Custom objects
- Other hubs
- CMS or website build
- Custom-coded integrations
- More than five users
- HubSpot subscriptions and credits

What you walk away with
Foundation live on day 14
Pipeline moving, activity logging on the record, and every agent prerequisite confirmed at a review call you attend.
Prospecting Agent live on day 21
One selling profile tuned to your ICP, personas and tone, drafting outreach in review mode.
First 50 contacts enrolled
From the list you approved, reviewed together, with one enrolment rule keeping the right contacts flowing.
Every lead has an owner
Lead status, one routing rule and a leads pipeline, so agent-sourced leads land with a person rather than in a queue.
A baseline and a dashboard
One dashboard, two reports, and a starting baseline captured at kickoff, so the renewal conversation rests on numbers.
Recorded training and a workflow guide
One specialized session covering the foundation and the agent, recorded, plus a one-page daily workflow guide.
The boundaries, in plain language
Where the pilot starts and stops, why it takes 21 days rather than 14, and what sits with HubSpot rather than with us.
How is this different from the Prospecting Agent Kickstart?
The Kickstart activates the Prospecting Agent on a Sales Hub Professional that already works, in 5 or 10 business days. This pilot is for net-new customers who have nothing underneath the agent yet. We build the foundation the agent depends on in the first 14 business days, then set up and launch the agent in the next 7. If your Sales Hub is already configured, the Kickstart is the faster and cheaper route.
Is this full Sales Hub onboarding?
No, and the page says so on purpose. It is a focused foundation with fewer deliverables than our standard onboarding roadmap. The test we applied to every item was simple: if removing it would not degrade what the Prospecting Agent produces, it is not in the package. Templates, workflows, enrichment, forecasting, calling and playbooks are all out, and a full Sales Hub Pro onboarding is available if you need them.
When does the 21-day clock start?
On the customer-readiness date, not at signature. Readiness means the HubSpot access is in place, a decision-maker is named, the data file is clean, the ICP is defined, the first 50 contacts are approved, and DNS access for the sending domain is available. Any delay in access, data, meetings, feedback or approvals pauses the timeline, because most of the 21 days are gated by those inputs rather than by our build time.
Why 21 business days rather than two weeks?
Because the agent is only as good as the foundation beneath it, and the foundation depends on things that are rarely same-day: DNS changes for the sending domain, a clean import file, and pipeline stages someone has to approve. Configuring a pipeline takes hours. Getting the stages signed off can take a week. Compressing all of that plus the agent into two weeks means either cutting items the agent depends on or holding a date that runs on your availability rather than on our delivery.
What happens after day 21?
You keep the recorded training and the workflow guide indefinitely, and for 14 calendar days after launch you have email support for anything we built that is not working as signed off. That window does not include calls or new configuration. If your team wants more time on its own data, the training add-on gives you four more one-hour sessions, one a week. Anything beyond that is a HubSpot Management retainer or a step up to full onboarding, quoted separately.
Are HubSpot subscriptions and credits included?
No. Your Sales Hub Professional subscription and your HubSpot credits are billed by HubSpot to you and sit outside INSIDEA's fee. The Prospecting Agent uses 100 HubSpot credits for each lead it recommends for outreach, and Professional includes 3,000 credits a month. At kickoff we confirm trial eligibility and agree an enrolment cap with you so usage stays predictable.
Who qualifies for the pilot price?
Net-new HubSpot customers who meet the readiness requirements above. We review each opportunity for fit before it is confirmed, because customers with poor data, an undefined sales process or complex requirements are better served by a full onboarding, and a fixed 21-day plan would set them up to fail. The pilot price is limited and reviewed as the pilot runs.
