Breeze has three product lines. Breeze Copilot is the conversational AI inside HubSpot that can draft emails, summarize records, find lists, generate reports. Breeze Agents are pre-built autonomous agents for prospecting, content creation, customer success, and social media. Breeze Intelligence is the data enrichment layer that fills in firmographics and intent signals on Company and Contact records.
The differentiator versus general LLMs is grounding. Breeze runs against the contact, company, deal, and ticket data the team has already entered. When Breeze drafts an email to a customer, it knows their last support ticket, their current ARR, their renewal date, and their last engagement. When it summarizes a deal, it knows the stages, the activity, and the open tasks. Context is the moat.
INSIDEA's experience configuring Breeze for customers is that the value compounds with data quality. A clean property model, well-maintained companies, complete deal histories, and consistent activity logging make Breeze useful from day one. A messy CRM produces messy AI output. The first project on any Breeze rollout is usually CRM hygiene, not AI configuration.
FAQs
Breeze is HubSpot's native AI layer: copilot for drafting and summarizing, pre-built agents for prospecting and customer success, Breeze Intelligence for data enrichment, and embedded AI on records. It runs against the customer's own CRM data so it has context general LLMs do not.
Draft emails grounded in CRM context, summarize Contact, Company, Deal, and Ticket records, build lists, generate reports, suggest next actions on records, and answer questions about the data. It is the conversational layer over the whole HubSpot platform.
Breeze is grounded in the customer's CRM data by default. A general LLM has no context unless you paste it in. Breeze knows the contact's last ticket, the deal stage, the renewal date, and the activity history. That grounding is the difference between a generic draft and a useful one.
Step one is CRM hygiene: clean property model, complete deal histories, consistent activity logging. Step two is configuring Copilot and any relevant Agents for the team's workflow. Step three is training. Breeze rewards good data and punishes bad data, so the rollout starts with the data layer.

A Breeze AI Assistant is a customer-configured AI assistant built on HubSpot Breeze that answers natural-language questions against the customer's own CRM and data sources. INSIDEA's Lagan Aviation build is a working example: the Lagan Executive Pipeline AI Assistant turned 3 to 5 hours of board reporting prep into a 30-second query against live HubSpot data.
An AI Agent is an autonomous software workflow powered by a large language model that can take a goal, plan a series of steps, call tools, and act without step-by-step human direction. Inside HubSpot, Breeze Agents are the pre-built version: Prospecting Agent, Content Agent, Customer Agent, Social Agent. Each is scoped to a specific function and operates against the customer's CRM and data.
HubSpot CRM is the contact and account database that sits underneath every HubSpot Hub. It stores Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, and the relationships between them. It is free at the base tier, and every paid Hub (Sales, Marketing, Service, CMS, Operations) extends the same CRM with workflow tools, reporting, and channel-specific features.
HubSpot Workflows are the automation engine inside HubSpot. A workflow is a trigger plus a sequence of actions: when a contact does X, do Y. Triggers can be form submissions, property changes, list memberships, dates, custom events, or workflow chains. Actions can update properties, send emails, create tasks, change owners, set lifecycle stages, or notify Slack.
HubSpot Operations Hub is the part of the HubSpot CRM suite built for RevOps: data sync, programmable automation, data quality tools, and advanced workflow actions. It is the hub that turns HubSpot from an opinionated CRM into a platform you can shape around your business logic, with custom-coded workflow actions, data formatting transforms, and bi-directional sync to systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, and Snowflake.
