Lighter structures, built to spec.
INSIDEA designed this homepage for a carbon fiber parts maker for drones. Zelvane Composites is a fictional brand, so the names, people and numbers on the page are invented.

A composites shop that lays up, cures and inspects carbon fiber wing skins, rotor arms and shells for drone and electric aircraft startups, and a homepage that opens on a real layup: matte black, light gray, electric aqua and mid gray, a squared aerospace display face and an interactive ply stack viewer.
The brief
Aircraft startups count every gram and need a structures partner who states the weight before building and then hits it. Show the ply stack, cure data and part weight in the first screen.
The direction
Carbon weave: matte black and light gray with an electric aqua edge in a squared aerospace face. The hero panel is the ply book for a lower wing skin, where each of 16 plies rotates its fiber angle into view beside laminate, cure and weight data and a 4-hour cure curve.
The detail
16 plies at 0.125 mm make the 2.00 mm laminate, and 0.581 m² at 3.10 kg/m² is the 1.80 kg panel, which the lot record's five skins average exactly. The page states the weight with a tolerance, 1.80 ± 0.03 kg, and limits prototype and pilot work to parts up to 1.2 m.
