A coastal helicopter charter company that flies airport transfers, island hops and aerial survey from a downtown rooftop, and a homepage that sells today's open seats: pale sky, deep navy, rotor red and white, a confident geometric sans and a route board of helipads with times, fares and open slots.
The brief
Travelers short on time want to know how fast the flight is, how many can ride and when they can leave today. Show the routes, flight times, fares and today's open departures in the first screen.
The direction
Clear sky, with a geometric sans in deep navy on pale blue and rotor red for action. The hero panel is a route board: a map of four pads, six routes with minutes and charter fares, and today's three open departures from downtown to the airport.
The detail
Every fare is minutes times $95, so 12 minutes is $1,140, 24 is $2,280 and 28 is $2,660, and the 3:40 pm departure lands at 3:52 pm. The page claims 96.8% of departures within five minutes of schedule, 1,912 of 1,975, and leaves the weather call to the pilot 60 minutes out.
