Closed in before the rain comes.
INSIDEA designed this homepage for a curtain wall and storefront glazing contractor. Vitrael Facade Systems is a fictional brand, so the names, people and numbers on the page are invented.

A Seattle glazing contractor that fabricates and sets curtain wall and storefront for mid-rise offices and labs, and a homepage that asks contractors to send drawings: deep blue-black, frost white, a cyan glint and slate, a sleek wide sans and a floor-by-floor facade board.
The brief
General contractors need the building closed in on a date they can schedule other trades around. Show units set, the next crane day, water test results and the close-in date in the first screen.
The direction
Night glass: a deep blue-black canvas, crisp white type and a cyan edge in a wide sans. The hero panel is the Okerlund Labs facade board, an elevation of floors 4 to 9 where each unit shows set, delivered, fabricated or queued, beside crane, water test and close-in cards.
The detail
312 set, 48 delivered, 76 fabricated and 44 queued make the 480 units, and 312 units at 5 ft by 13 ft 6 in are the 21,060 sq ft set so far, while 32,400 sq ft of wall plus 3,900 of storefront make the 36,300 in the project table. Close-in is labeled a forecast, Fri, Nov 20, next to the contract date of Fri, Dec 4.
