From design transfer to daily production.
INSIDEA designed this homepage for a cleanroom medical device manufacturer. Vialune Medical is a fictional brand, so the names, people and numbers on the page are invented.

A Minnesota contract manufacturer that builds single-use medical devices in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom, and a homepage that shows a live project moving to production: almost-white, deep marine, sky blue and mist, a plain modern sans and a project tracker with every controlled document.
The brief
Device teams handing over a design worry about losing track of documents, owners and dates once a manufacturer takes it on. Show the stages, the paperwork at each one and what is waiting on whom in the first screen.
The direction
Clinical and calm, with a plain sans on almost-white and deep marine. The hero panel is project TV-0418, a stopcock moving through design transfer, process validation and production, with each document's owner, revision, status and date.
The detail
9 approved, 2 in review or in progress and 6 not started make the 17 controlled documents, which split 6, 6 and 5 across the three stages. The page draws a clear line on scope: no implants and no devices with electronics.
