A central Ohio grounds crew that keeps HOA common ground and office park lawns on multi-site contracts and logs every visit, and a homepage that opens on its operations board: deep forest, pale mint, lime and sage, a clean modern grotesque and a property map with crew check-ins.
The brief
HOA boards and property managers cannot tell whether the crew showed up or what it did. Show the properties, the crews out today and each site's last visit with proof in the first screen.
The direction
Operational green: a deep forest canvas, pale mint text and lime highlights in a clean grotesque. The hero panel is the day's operations board, with a property map of crew pins, a per-site card for Kellbrook Village HOA and a live visit log with tasks done and photo notes.
The detail
24 HOAs and 14 offices make the 38 properties, and the signed office bid's $2,300, $1,890 and $1,480 add to $5,670 a month, or $45,360 over 8 invoices. The page admits the misses: 1,050 of 1,078 visits were on the scheduled day, and the rest moved for rain.
