The brief
Warehouse workers want to see the pay, start time and distance before they hand over a phone number, and they apply from a phone on a break. Show open shifts with the pay posted and a short apply form in the first screen.
The direction
Loud and practical like hi-vis gear: safety yellow with black type and cobalt blue actions. The hero pairs a filterable board of open shifts by role, pay and start time with a two-step quick-apply form that asks only for name, mobile and trucks driven.
The detail
The five roles add 38, 14, 22, 19 and 9 to the 102 open shifts, and five 8-hour days at $21.50 make the $860 forklift week, or $920 at the $23.00 night rate. The text back from a recruiter is promised only as "usually the same day."
