212 stops. 14 vans. On time.
INSIDEA designed this homepage for route planning software for delivery fleets. Stopmeter is a fictional brand, so the names, people and numbers on the page are invented.

Route planning and live driver tracking software for local delivery fleets that flags a late stop while there is still time to move it: a deep teal-black map, pale type, taxi yellow for vans and cyan for routes, a squared technical display face and a live dispatch board.
The brief
Dispatchers usually learn a van is running late when the customer calls to complain. Show every van, the stops left, today's on-time rate and the one delivery about to slip, with a fix, in the first screen.
The direction
Night dispatch, with a dark teal map, yellow vans and cyan route lines in a squared technical face. The hero is a live board with a map of 14 vans, one van's stop list with ETAs and a 14-minute late flag, and a suggested swap to a nearby van that lands inside the cutoff.
The detail
The 250 deliveries done plus the 212 left make the 462 planned, and 242 of 250 on time is the 96.8% in the top panel. The page limits tracking to the driver's shift and says dispatch cannot see a phone's location outside those hours.
