A mobile fleet wash in Central Ohio that cleans tractors, trailers and buses in the customer's own yard overnight: ocean navy, aqua, sun yellow and foam white, a plain grotesque sans display face and this week's route board for one wash rig.
The brief
Fleet managers lose driver hours to wash lines and worry about dirty wash water reaching their storm drains. Show the route night, the units on route and where the water goes in the first screen.
The direction
Clean and nautical: deep ocean navy with aqua for water, sun yellow for actions and foam white panels, in a plain sans. The hero panel is this week's route for one rig across 9 yards, with units on route, captured wash water and the next yard visit.
The detail
Pelthorne Cartage's 8 tractors at $38 and 10 trailers at $46 come to $764 a visit, the $3,056 estimate over 4 weekly visits, and the disposal record's 2,335 gallons hauled plus 2,945 still to come make the 5,280 planned. The page offers that record in case a stormwater inspector asks, rather than claiming any compliance status.
