Rent in, repairs handled.
INSIDEA designed this homepage for rent and repair software for small landlords. Rentquist is a fictional brand, so the names, people and numbers on the page are invented.

Rent collection and maintenance software for landlords with 5 to 50 units, whose homepage shows a building's month at a glance: mint white, deep teal and coral for late rent, a soft rounded display face and a live rent roll beside a new work order.
The brief
Small landlords spend the first week of every month texting tenants about rent and playing phone tag with plumbers. Show who has paid, who is late and which repairs are open in the first screen.
The direction
Friendly and practical, with mint backgrounds, deep teal text and coral reserved for late rent, set in a soft hand-drawn display face. The hero is a 14-unit rent roll with paid, pending and late chips, a tenant's new leaking-sink work order with a suggested plumber, and the late fees already added.
The detail
The $22,050 collected is the $27,675 rent roll less the $3,875 owed by the two late units and the $1,750 still pending, and Essentials at $3 a unit makes the 14-unit building $42 a month. On late fees the page tells landlords to check their own state's limits instead of implying any fee is allowed.
