A commercial mover that relocates offices over a weekend and reconnects every workstation by Monday morning: a graphite canvas, white text, signal lime and cool gray, a narrow technical sans and a live hour-by-hour move board.
The brief
Office managers dread a move that leaves staff without working desks on Monday morning. Show desks moved, crates delivered, workstations reconnected and the back-online time in the first screen.
The direction
Dark and controlled like a project dashboard, with lime marking progress and gray for detail in a narrow technical face. The hero is a live move board with desk, crate and workstation counts and a weekend timeline from Friday pack-out through Sunday IT reconnect to the Monday floor walk.
The detail
Floors of 78 and 62 desks make the 140 moved, 4 crates a desk gives the 560 desk crates in the 620 total, and Zones A to D at 28 each plus 9 in Zone E make the 121 workstations live. The page is clear that its crews do not change any network configuration and that the client's own IT signs off.
