The brief
Communications teams commissioning a company film worry about open-ended costs and never knowing when the first cut will arrive. Show the shoot day, the crew and the dates through to delivery in the first screen.
The direction
Dark like a screening room, with bone type, amber highlights and a high-contrast serif. The hero is a call sheet for the next shoot day with the hour-by-hour schedule and named crew, followed by a seven-week production board with owners, status and the fixed fee.
The detail
The call sheet names exactly 6 crew, matching the brand film package's crew of 6, and Oct 26 to Fri, Dec 11 is the 46 days from brief to final delivery the board shows. The page spells out what costs extra: actors, travel beyond 60 miles and a third round of changes at $1,200.
