A commercial real estate lending team for owner-occupied buildings and small apartment properties that gives every borrower a live loan tracker: a dark blueprint-night canvas, warm white type, quoin-stone tan and steel blue, a clean contemporary display sans and a four-stage request tracker.
The brief
Business owners buying a building often have no idea which document is holding up their loan or when it will close. Show the stage, the dates and every document still needed in the first screen.
The direction
Dark and precise like a blueprint, with tan for progress and steel blue for detail. The hero is a live tracker for a warehouse loan request, moving from application through underwriting, appraisal and closing, with each stage's documents marked received or needed by a date.
The detail
The $3.2M request on a $4.0M purchase is the 80.0% loan-to-value and $800,000 down from the FAQ, and the tracker's 11 documents in, 5 needed and 1 with the lender add to 17. Rates are labeled as starting rates on a single date, subject to credit approval and an independent appraisal.
