An employer of record service that lets companies hire and pay full-time staff abroad without opening a local entity, with a homepage laid out like a night map: deep indigo, white type, aurora teal and coral, a clean humanist sans display and a world payroll calendar showing each country's pay dates, cutoffs, notice periods and onboarding time.
The brief
Finance and HR teams want to hire abroad but cannot see the local pay dates, notice rules or start times until they are deep into paperwork. The first screen must let them pick a country and see those facts before making an offer.
The direction
A night map in deep indigo, with teal for paydays and coral for action. The hero calendar opens on Portugal with the next payroll, the change cutoff, onboarding time, notice period and standard benefits, plus three new hires in flight.

The regions list 8, 18, 10 and 4 countries for the 40 covered, 2,214 of 2,227 runs on time is the 99.4% shown, and 5 employees at $549 is $2,745 a month or $32,940 a year. The page notes that notice and benefits show common terms, and each contract sets the final ones.
