INSIDEA designed this homepage for an urgent care network. Ottervale Urgent Care is a fictional brand, so the names, people and numbers on the page are invented.

An urgent care network that shows waits and prices before you leave home: mist, navy, mint and coral, one sturdy sans and a save-my-spot panel.
The brief
People with a fever want to know where the wait is shortest and what the visit costs. Show both, and make clear when to call 911 instead.
The direction
Clean and calm, with one sturdy sans in navy and mint. The hero is a save-my-spot panel: estimated waits at five clinics, a virtual visit, arrival times and the reason for the visit.
The detail
The five waits average the 26 minutes marked on the hourly chart, the three x-ray clinics match the price table, waits are called estimates, not appointments, and the where-to-go lists say they are a guide, not a diagnosis, with 911 repeated from hero to footer.
