Your first visit, step by step.
INSIDEA designed this homepage for a neighborhood family chiropractic practice. Ostwyn Family Chiropractic is a fictional brand, so the names, people and numbers on the page are invented.

A neighborhood family chiropractic practice on Fenmore Street that wants new patients to book a first visit and check insurance online: oat canvas, deep cocoa ink, terracotta and soft olive, a gentle slab serif and a three-step booking flow that ends with the visit broken down minute by minute.
The brief
New patients put off a chiropractor because they do not know what will happen in the room or what it will cost. The first screen must book a visit and spell out the first hour and the price before they arrive.
The direction
Warm and welcoming, with oat and cocoa tones, terracotta for action and a soft slab serif. The hero booking flow picks the visit, the chiropractor and a time, then lists the four parts of the visit and when the insurance check lands.
The detail
The visit splits into 15, 20, 10 and 15 minutes for 60, and the household pack is 6 visits at $50 for $300. The page refuses to sell long prepaid plans and says your insurance plan has the final say on any claim.
