Every site, one work order queue.
INSIDEA designed this homepage for a facilities firm serving multi-site retail. Opsmere Facilities is a fictional brand, so the names, people and numbers on the page are invented.

An integrated facilities management firm that runs repairs, maintenance and vendors for multi-site retailers and clinics under one agreement, with a homepage built like a control desk: cool white, steel blue, signal orange for overdue items and slate gray, a technical condensed sans and a work order board with an SLA clock on every ticket.
The brief
Operations teams running dozens of stores and clinics juggle a separate vendor, contract and invoice for every trade. The first screen must show every open repair across every site, which ones are about to miss their deadline and which already have.
The direction
A calm control desk in cool white and steel blue, with orange kept for anything overdue. The hero board filters 148 open work orders by site, trade and priority, and counts each ticket's SLA clock up or down.
The detail
The trade counts of 41, 29, 26, 19, 18 and 15 add to the 148 open orders, 590 of 612 closed within SLA is the 96.4% shown, and 38 stores at $230 plus 25 clinics at $320 make $16,740 a month. The sample report owns up that HVAC missed 10 of 168 fixes.
