From board to boxed product.
INSIDEA designed this homepage for an IoT box build contract manufacturer. Kitwright Electronics is a fictional brand, so the names, people and numbers on the page are invented.

A contract manufacturer in Hillsboro, Oregon that builds, tests, provisions and packs connected devices for hardware teams: cool white, slate navy and sky blue, a crisp modern sans and a floor status panel with yield and units at each line station.
The brief
Hardware teams choosing a manufacturer want to see real yield and output, not a capabilities list. The first screen has to show a line running a real job, with units and yield at each station from placement to pack.
The direction
Clean room calm: cool white surfaces, slate navy type and sky blue highlights, in a crisp modern sans. The hero is a floor status panel for one shift, with three lines, the job on Line 2, its yield, units packed against the shift target and a station-by-station table.
The detail
Station yields of 99.6%, 99.7%, 99.4% and 100.0% multiply to the 98.7% first pass yield, and the 1,948 boards started equal 1,860 packed plus 63 between stations and 25 in rework. The page says plainly that it does not certify products for FCC or CE itself.
