Pick the brick. We count it.
INSIDEA designed this homepage for a brick and stone yard with delivery. Kilnmark Brick & Stone Yard is a fictional brand, so the names, people and numbers on the page are invented.

A brick and stone yard in Shalebank, Pennsylvania that sells to builders and homeowners from one price list and delivers by boom truck: sandy paper, dark umber, brick red and tan, a sturdy bookish serif and a wall estimator that turns square feet into bricks, pallets and a priced order.
The brief
Builders and homeowners have to work out how many bricks, pallets and bags of mortar a wall takes, then call around for a price. The first screen has to do that count and show the delivered price before anyone picks up the phone.
The direction
Fired clay warmth: sandy paper, umber type, brick red and tan, set in a sturdy bookish serif. The hero is a three-step estimator with six brick swatches, wall measurements and a delivery zone, returning bricks, pallets, mortar, truck loads and an itemized total.
The detail
420 sq ft at 7.0 bricks a square foot gives 2,940 bricks, 6 pallets of 500 and 21 bags of mortar, and $2,793 in brick plus $273 in mortar and $95 delivery makes the $3,161.00 estimate. The page is clear that the estimate is today's price list before Pennsylvania sales tax, confirmed when you call.
