A move-out cleaning service for renters that cleans to the landlord's checklist and sends a photo report the same day: deep plum, warm white, key-tag orange and pale pink, a heavy playful display face and a live room-by-room checklist with before and after photos.
The brief
Renters moving out need the apartment clean enough to pass the landlord's walk-through, and proof that it was. The first screen has to show the date, the landlord's checklist being ticked off and the photo report that goes with it.
The direction
Bold and punchy: plum panels, warm white type and orange and pink highlights, with a heavy, playful display face. The hero is a live job card with the move-out date picker, apartment size, checklist progress by room, a before photo waiting for its after and the fixed price.
The detail
The list's 2, 12, 9, two bedrooms of 6 and 7 items add to 42, the rooms done so far make 36 of 42, and two photos per item gives the 84, with 73 taken. The page lists what it does not cover, such as carpet shampooing, painting and junk haul-away.
