The direction
Calm, rounded product UI. The hero shows an owner portal with rent collected, open work orders, vacancy and the next payout, beside a separate path for residents.
The detail
The sample statement adds up to the cent: $8,550 collected, an 8% fee of $684, two repairs, and a $7,534.60 estimated payout. Every applicant is screened on the same written criteria.
