A property underwriter that writes coastal apartment buildings from Texas to Virginia for wholesale brokers: pale sea glass, deep harbor blue and a coral accent, a calm text serif and a submission tracker that moves each risk from received to bound.
The brief
Wholesale brokers lose days finding out late that a coastal submission is short a roof date or a wind form. The first screen has to show where every submission stands, what is missing and when each quote is due.
The direction
A coastal ledger: sea glass backgrounds, harbor blue type and coral flags, set in a calm text serif. The hero is a broker's tracker with six submissions by stage, and a detail card for each with insured value, quote target, program, deductible and a checklist of missing items.
The detail
The six submissions add to 25 buildings and $188.8M of insured value, and submission 2604's $21.6M at $0.41 per $100 makes the $88,560 premium, with a 15% commission of $13,284. The page is careful to say it stops binding in any county under a hurricane watch or warning.
