A workplace services firm that staffs reception, mailrooms and meeting rooms for headquarters in Chicago and Milwaukee: deep aubergine, champagne, soft gold and muted rose, a rounded script display face and a live service plan builder.
The brief
Workplace leads hear about every lost courier, cold boardroom coffee and unexpected guest, and they need to know what fixing it costs. The first screen has to let them set desk hours, hosts, mail runs and rooms and see the staffing and price change.
The direction
A hotel lobby at night: aubergine panels, champagne type and gold details, with a flowing script for display. The hero is a plan builder whose choices drive a staffing timeline, weekly hours, the named team and a monthly estimate.
The detail
Reception at $20,020, mail at $2,470 and meeting rooms at $18,200 add to the $40,690 monthly estimate, and 105, 15 and 105 staff hours make the 225 a week. The page is careful to say its hosts welcome and badge visitors but do not guard.
