Twelve shows. Any seat, from $1.
INSIDEA designed this homepage for a community theater. Footlamp Playhouse is a fictional brand, so the names, people and numbers on the page are invented.

A community theater that sells pay-what-you-can without shame: near-black, cream, theater red and gold, a tall condensed face and a seat picker.
The brief
Pay-what-you-can seats go unsold when buying one feels like asking for charity. Put the choice inside the normal ticket flow.
The direction
Dramatic and dark, with a tall condensed display face. The hero picks a show, a date and seats on a 180-seat map, then lets you name a price against the suggested one.
The detail
A $28 seat shows exactly what it funds, wheelchair spaces sit on the map, every date's seat count matches its map, and checkout takes no money.
