The brief
Developers and lenders work to a closing date. Tell them what a site needs, what it costs and when the permit can be filed, before they have to call.
The direction
Earthy and exact, like a field guide, with a sturdy slab serif. The hero is a live project file for a 6.2 acre mill yard: a timeline from Phase I to permit filing, with today marked on day 10 of 15.
The detail
The Phase I runs 15 business days from Oct 19 to Nov 6, the six-week schedule ends at the Nov 30 filing, the four draft findings match the four counts above them, and the 94% figure counts filings accepted without a resubmission request, never permits granted.
