INSIDEA designed this homepage for a flat-fee CPA firm for small businesses. Fairholt & Halsoway is a fictional brand, so the names, people and numbers on the page are invented.

A CPA firm, founded in 1961, that offers small businesses monthly bookkeeping, tax returns and year-round advice for one flat fee: ivory, bottle green, a red pencil accent and warm gray, a sharp classic serif and a package picker that prices your volume on the spot.
The brief
Small-business owners get hourly bills and month-end numbers that arrive whenever the accountant gets to them. Show a flat monthly price for their volume, what it includes and the date the books close, in the first screen.
The direction
An old firm with new habits, with bottle green type on ivory, a red pencil accent and a sharp classic serif. The hero package picker starts at up to 100 transactions for $450 a month, $5,400 a year, with the business return included and the next close on Tue, Nov 10.
The detail
The sample close takes $86,420 revenue less $41,180 cost of goods to $45,240 gross profit and $13,480 net, and the cash bridge's $9,615 lifts $52,300 to the $61,915 on hand. Catch-up work stays outside the flat fee and is quoted separately before it starts.
