The brief
Finance teams rebuild their cash position in a spreadsheet every morning before anyone can pay a vendor. Show balances across accounts, the day's scheduled payments and the checks that need a decision in the first screen.
The direction
Precise and calm, with deep green type on white, mint highlights and cool gray in a modern sans. The hero dashboard totals four accounts at 5:45 am, lists four scheduled items from a 6:00 am payroll sweep, and flags two positive pay checks to pay or return.
The detail
The four balances add to the $8,763,650 total, the vendor batch, supplier wire and lockbox deposit net to the stated $277,360 change, and the October bill's lines total $1,758. Credit line pricing is a range, subject to approval, with the final rate set in the loan agreement.
