An overnight janitorial company for office towers that lets property managers watch each night's work get signed off floor by floor: midnight navy, soft white, moonlit lavender and mint green, a calm modern sans and a live nightly service board.
The brief
Property managers only hear about a missed floor or a leak when a tenant complains at 8 a.m. Show which floors are signed off, whether restrooms are restocked and any issue logged overnight, in the first screen.
The direction
Quiet and after-hours, with soft white and lavender on midnight navy and mint checkmarks in a calm modern sans. The hero board for a 31-floor tower shows 27 floors signed off, all 62 restrooms restocked and a pantry leak on floor 18 logged at 1:21 a.m.
The detail
Six tasks a floor across 31 floors make the 186 on the board, and the worked example of 20 floors at 18,000 sq ft is 360,000 sq ft at $0.16 for $57,600 a month. The leak report records only the safe first step and leaves the repair to the day engineer.
