The brief
Property managers track sprinkler due dates across several buildings in spreadsheets, and a missed test can put them out of compliance. Show what is due, booked and done per building, with the last signed report, in the first screen.
The direction
Clear and urgent like a code tag, with signal red and graphite on white over a pale pink ruled grid. The hero calendar lists each building's tests as due, booked or done, with 410 Tidmarsh Ave's quarterly due Nov 18, its backflow test booked Dec 2 and its last annual report clean.
The detail
That last annual report checks 6, 4, 5, 2, 12 and 2 items for the 31 the page says a two-riser annual covers, and 4,797 of 4,860 is the 98.7% booked before the due date. The page notes the local fire marshal may add tests or change the schedule.
