A senior dev by next Monday.
INSIDEA designed this homepage for a contract developer matching service. Devroster is a fictional brand, so the names, people and numbers on the page are invented.

A firm that places vetted contract developers on two to twelve week projects: near-black, soft gray type, cyan and pink, a pixel display face and a terminal-style match builder that returns anonymized profiles with rates and start dates.
The brief
Engineering leads need a senior developer fast and don't want to sift through hundreds of résumés or pay a placement fee. Show the stack, level and hours picker, the hourly rate and a real start date in the first screen.
The direction
Dark and technical, like a command line, with a pixel display face and cyan and pink highlights. The hero match builder is set to senior React at 40 hours, showing 6 matched profiles at $95 an hour, $3,800 a week and an earliest start of Monday, Nov 9.
The detail
The bench table's 23 mid, 19 senior and 9 staff developers make the 51 free to start, and the client's 6 plus 3 weeks at 40 hours and $95 come to the $34,200 billed. A full-time hire is offered only if the developer wants it, with the fee spelled out.
