Every closing, on one timeline.
INSIDEA designed this homepage for a home closing timeline software. Deedmark is a fictional brand, so the names, people and numbers on the page are invented.

Transaction management software that keeps agents, buyers, sellers, the lender and title on one closing timeline: ivory paper, navy ink, walnut and pale sage, a bookish classic serif and a live closing file with each party's next task.
The brief
Closings slip when a date changes in one inbox and nobody chases a signature. Show the days to close, which steps are done and who owes the next task in the first screen.
The direction
Settled and trustworthy, with navy type on ivory, walnut and sage accents and a classic book serif. The hero is one open file, 18 days to close, with inspection done, the appraisal ordered and each of five parties' next task listed by name.
The detail
The closing falls 37 days after the Oct 10 acceptance, so Thursday, Oct 29 is day 19 with 18 to go, and the 14, 24 and 27 day contingencies land on Oct 24, Nov 3 and Nov 6 on the timeline. The page says it never sends wire instructions and is not a title company, lender or law firm.
