The direction
Friendly and tidy, with chunky rounded headlines in brick red and teal on a cream page. The hero is a job picker with a faucet replacement and a water heater flush ticked, labor and parts totaled, and a Tuesday 1 to 3 PM window ready to hold.
The detail
The $185 and $129 labor lines make $314, plus the $139 faucet for a $453 total with the trip fee waived, and 2,914 kept windows plus 124 missed make the 3,038 visits behind the 95.9% on-time figure. The price only changes if something new turns up at the door, and then you hear the number before any work starts.
