A professional employer organization that takes payroll, benefits, HR and compliance off small business owners and puts them on one monthly bill: white, indigo, coral and pale sky, a clean humanist sans and a live cost estimator with a line-by-line fee breakdown.
The brief
Owners with staff in several states juggle separate payroll, tax and benefits vendors and can't tell what they pay for the admin itself. Show a monthly fee for their headcount and states, and exactly what that fee covers, before any sales call.
The direction
Bright and organized, with indigo type on white, coral buttons and pale sky panels in a clean humanist sans. The hero estimator is set to 24 employees in 3 states on the Health plan and shows $129 a head, split into payroll, HR, workers' comp and benefits lines.
The detail
The $41, $28, $20 and $40 lines add to the $129 fee, 24 employees at $129 give the $3,096 admin line on the sample bill, and that bill's six lines total $169,533.48, which the two scheduled debits match to the cent. The page never promises savings: wages, taxes and premiums pass through at cost, and the admin fee is the only line it keeps.
