The direction
A clean ledger with tabular figures. The hero builds a monthly package from revenue, transactions, payroll and tax needs, and adds the lines into one total.
The detail
Every total equals the sum of its lines and the annual figure is twelve months, the close runs over the first seven business days of November, and the tax timeline is general, not advice.
