The lobby that runs itself.
INSIDEA designed this homepage for an apartment lobby access and package system. Buzzwell is a fictional brand, so the names, people and numbers on the page are invented.

A building access and package system for apartment buildings with a front desk or none: deep indigo, pale lavender, mint for open doors and a violet glow, a soft rounded geometric display face and a live lobby console.
The brief
Building managers need doors, parcels and guests handled whether or not anyone is at the desk tonight. Show the lobby working on its own, with every door, package and guest accounted for, in the first screen.
The direction
A night lobby, with a soft rounded face in lavender on deep indigo and mint and violet accents. The hero is a live console for one 142-unit building: a door access log, a 32-locker bank filling up and a guest pass being texted.
The detail
The 9 parcels carried over plus 31 arrived minus 17 picked up leave the 23 waiting, which are the 19 in lockers and 4 in the package room, and 6, 6, 8, 12 and 6 doors by type make the 38 online. On replacing door hardware the page says only "usually not," and it lists any part needed before you sign.
