Oversize loads, permitted and escorted.
INSIDEA designed this homepage for a heavy haul carrier for oversize loads. Bramhurst Heavy Haul is a fictional brand, so the names, people and numbers on the page are invented.

A heavy haul carrier that moves excavators, transformers and wind parts and quotes oversize loads with permits and escorts: concrete gray, black, hazard yellow and banner red, a stencil display face and a load configurator.
The brief
Shippers of big machines can't tell what a move involves until a carrier works out permits, escorts and route limits. Show what a given load triggers, state by state, and a rough cost in the first screen.
The direction
A steel yard, with stencil type in black on concrete gray and yellow and red warning accents. The hero is a load configurator: weight, dimensions and a trailer choice turn into height, width, weight and length checks, a three-state lane with permits and pilot cars, and an estimate.
The detail
The lane's 122, 194 and 104 miles make 420, which at $5.60 is the $2,352 line haul, and $2,352 plus $1,764 for two pilot cars and $855 in permits ($310, $245 and $300) is the $4,971 estimate. The panel calls it a planning figure, not a quote, and says dispatch checks each state's current rules first.
