Could your land host a solar farm?
INSIDEA designed this homepage for a solar developer that leases farmland. Acrefield Solar is a fictional brand, so the names, people and numbers on the page are invented.

A utility-scale solar developer that helps Kansas and Nebraska landowners check whether a section could host a project: wheat, soil brown, sun yellow and sky blue, a soft rounded display face and a parcel screener panel.
The brief
Landowners want to know if their ground could work for solar before anyone visits or calls. Show the first checks, a likely fit and what a lease would pay in the first screen.
The direction
Sunny and approachable, with a soft rounded display face on a wheat canvas. The hero is a parcel screener: a pinned section with substation distance, flood zone, slope and acreage checks, then leasable acres, project size and estimated year-one rent.
The detail
The four projects' 180, 140, 220 and 260 MW add to 800 MW, their 9, 7, 10 and 13 families make 39, and 621 leasable acres at $1,050 an acre come to the $652,050 year-one rent. The screener is labeled an estimate only, with title, wetlands and grid capacity confirmed on site before any offer.
